SHIPPING QUESTIONS:

Where does HD Muscle ship to?

HD Muscle currently ships to Canada, USA and the UK. Make sure you're directed to the appropriate .ca, .com & .uk site for checkout.

We are working on bringing HD Muscle everywhere around the world. Tag us @hd.muscle to let us know where you’d like to see our products!

How long will my order take?

Shipping to our American friends in major states will take 7-14 business days (it may take a few extra days to deliver to remote areas). No matter which shipping method you choose, we’ll send a tracking number so you can watch your package’s journey. Expedited shipping to the USA is fulfilled by USPS once it has been cleared by customs. 

HD Muscle Inc, is not responsible for delivery delays that may occur with courier services.

Do you ship to American PO Boxes?

We DO NOT ship to American PO Boxes with Standard/ Expedited Shipping.

When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Processing takes 2 to 4 business days (and orders placed after 3PM EST are processed the next business day). Then one of our couriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

I’m having problems with my Tracking ID ... What do I do?

Not to worry! ! In a few cases, the courier takes 1-2 business days to scan and register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via info@hdmuscle.com . We can give you the inside info and assist you further. 

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email info@hdmuscle.com. However, make sure to email us right away, we may ship your package within 24hrs and once shipped you must contact the shipping company directly so they can change it in their system.

Are customs, duties and taxes included in the shipping rates?

No. HD Muscle Inc is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. 

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

HD Muscle Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. It is important to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

There are exceptions to these situations. If you have any questions or concerns please email info@hdmuscle.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES QUESTIONS:

How do I place a return or exchange?

We are sorry you did not love HD Muscle. Please reach out to info@hdmuscle.com with your order number and products you would like to return. 

Refunds/Exchanges must be completed within 14 days of purchase. All sale items are final sale.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened / unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How long does it take to process a return?

Refunds are issued once the returned package has arrived at our facility and inspected. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Oh no! We are sorry about that! If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at info@hdmuscle.com and we’ll be sure to get your HD Muscle order right.

BILLING QUESTIONS:

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

Can I remove a saved payment method?

Of course! You can make this change on your Customer Account page. If you need help or run into any issues, email us at info@hdmuscle.com.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks, e-transfers or money orders.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.

ORDER QUESTIONS:

How can I update my order?

Please email us at info@hdmuscle.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.

How can I check the status of my order?

If your order has been shipped out and it is on its way to you, then you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will provide you with the tracking information that will allow you to keep up with the package's latest location/information. Please allow 24-48 hrs for the courier to update the package’s information in their system. 

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

You can use one promo code per order. If you’ve encountered two valid HD Muscle  promo codes while surfing our page, please choose the one you want to use more. Athlete promo codes will give you 10% off your purchase, so choose your favorite!

Can I use a promo code on top of another promotion?

You can use a promo code along with free shipping when your order is over $99. Other offers advertised on the website without a code will be automatically applied and cannot be used along with a separate promo code. If your order qualifies for an advertised offer and you also enter a promo code, we’ll apply the best deal.

ORDER CANCELLATION QUESTIONS:

How can I cancel my HD Muscle order?

What changed your mind? Let us know and email info@hdmuscle.com. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been shipped out, we unfortunately cannot process it. However we will help find an alternative solution.

I processed an order, but forgot certain products I wanted in my cart. Can I add more items to my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot add more items to your order and charge your credit card. We will have to cancel the order and issue a full refund so you start from scratch and get all you need! Another option is to place a separate brand new order. If you still have questions and aren’t sure how to proceed email info@hdmuscle.com.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

How can I find out more information about a product?

You can learn all about our formulas and what goes into them on their individual product pages on our site. If you have any other questions or concerns that may have not been clarified then please email info@hdmuscle.com. 

Can you help with a product I bought from a supplement store?

We’re only able to guarantee the authenticity of products purchased on HD Muscle websites directly (.ca, .com, .eu, .uk). 

However, if you purchase our products through a supplement store that carries HD Muscle , we are not able to process returns or exchanges or otherwise assist with orders not placed directly through HD Muscle website.

Are your products vegan?

All HD Muscle products are vegan, with ProHD Isolate being the one exception. All products are not certified vegan, but they do not contain any animal ingredients or derivatives. However, they are manufactured in a facility that handles non-vegan products.

How are HD Muscle product different from other supplement brands?

All of HD Muscle’s products are loaded with scientifically backed formulas and ingredient lists that are fully transparent. HD Muscle uses only the BEST quality ingredients in all of its supplements, including multiple trademarked ingredients.

Our formulas have the perfect dose of each ingredient to ensure you get the most out of the product while ensuring full transparency.

Why isn’t a certain product available in my country?

First, sorry about that! 

We are still working hard to make all of our products available in every country we ship to. The long answer: certain products require different licensing and permits for each country depending on that country’s regulations. 

If a product you are interested in is not available in your country, know we are working tirelessly to ensure it becomes available to you.
