Astragalus is the botanical most associated with kidney support in traditional use, and it is usually included at a few hundred milligrams. There are 4,000 mg here, standardised to a minimum 50% polysaccharides — which means two full grams of polysaccharides in every serving. That single ingredient is larger than most complete formulas in this category.

Reishi and cordyceps are included as fruiting body extracts, standardised to a minimum 35% and 25% beta-glucan. A large proportion of mushroom supplements are mycelium grown on grain, where much of what you are buying is the grain. Beta-glucan standardisation is the number that separates the two, and it is on this panel.

Polygonum cuspidatum at 50% trans-resveratrol, giving 300 mg. Pine bark at 95% proanthocyanidins, supporting nitric oxide production and blood flow. Andrographis at 10% andrographolides. Alpha lipoic acid at 300 mg. Every botanical on this panel carries a standardisation percentage, which means the active content is a known quantity rather than whatever a batch of herb happened to contain. AstraGin is included to support the absorption of all of it.
