When creating VitaHD, we wanted a truly complete, innovative and convenient daily supplement that goes far beyond the standard multivitamin and essential packs on the market today.

Every mineral is a TRAACS or Albion amino acid chelate rather than the oxides and sulfates that fill most multivitamins. Folate is L-5-MTHF and B12 is methylcobalamin, the active methylated forms. B6 is pyridoxal 5-phosphate rather than plain pyridoxine. Vitamin K2 is MenaQ7 MK-7 alongside vitamin D3. Vitamin E is natural d-alpha tocopherol from mixed tocopherols and tocotrienols — not the synthetic dl-alpha almost everyone else uses, and one of the more expensive decisions on this panel. Vitamin A is split evenly between palmitate and beta carotene rather than loaded onto one.

Kaneka Ubiquinol, the reduced and readily absorbed form of CoQ10. Setria glutathione. KSM-66 ashwagandha. PQQ for mitochondrial support. Astaxanthin, lutein and zeaxanthin. Cordyceps as a fruiting body extract standardised to beta-glucan, not mycelium grown on grain. Quercetin, turmeric at 95% curcuminoids, grape seed at 95% polyphenols, French pine bark at 90% OPCs, and the Spectra ORAC blend of more than twenty fruit and vegetable extracts. Ginger, garlic, eleuthero, holy basil, theanine, tyrosine, ginkgo and plant phytosterols. Priced individually, that list is most of a supplement shelf.

Forty-eight ingredients in one bottle is deliberate breadth — coverage across every system rather than a single ingredient taken to its ceiling. That is the right build for something taken every day. There is no iron in VitaHD. Most men and most athletes are not short of it, iron accumulates rather than clearing easily, and supplementing it without a measured reason is not neutral. If you need iron, it should be dosed against a blood test. Leaving it out is a decision, not an omission.

This is a large formula and several ingredients interact with common medications. Speak to your doctor before taking it if you use an antidepressant, a blood thinner, or thyroid medication, and take it a few hours apart from any medication or other natural health product. Do not use it if you are pregnant or nursing.
