EIGHT GRAMS OF CITRULLINE
Most leading pre-workouts contain four grams of citrulline. PreHD Ultra contains eight grams of 100% pure L-Citrulline per full serving. That single decision accounts for a large share of the 24.4 g active total, and it is the difference between a pump you notice and one you read about on the label.
THE PUMP
Citrulline is joined by 2 g of Arginine Nitrate for a second nitric oxide pathway, and glycerol to draw water into the muscle. Three mechanisms working on the same outcome rather than one ingredient carrying the claim alone.
THE STRENGTH
Beta-alanine buffers the acidity that builds through hard sets. Betaine anhydrous supports power output and cellular hydration. Aquamin adds a marine-sourced mineral complex alongside them.
THE MINDSET
275 mg of PurCaf organic caffeine drives the energy, with Teacrine alongside it to extend the effect without the crash. Alpha GPC, choline bitartrate and Huperzine A support the choline system behind focus and mind-muscle connection, and tyrosine supports mental output when the session gets hard. Astragin is included to support absorption of the whole formula.
A HEAVY PANEL, NOT A LONG ONE
Plenty of pre-workouts list twenty ingredients. Very few dose them at the levels the research used. 24.4 g of actives per serving is what a fully dosed panel actually weighs, and it is why this costs more than a product with the same names printed in smaller amounts.
HOW TO USE IT

PreHD Elite contains three main ingredients that target muscle pumps from three key angles: exogenous nitric oxide enhancement, cellular hydration and nitrate peptide technology.

It’s a clean feeling preworkout. Easy drinking, easy on stomach. Doesnt hurt the stomach or give me heartburn like some other formulas with more citruline, but not the most incredible pumps either. Good product so far though, I would purchase again.
