SleepHD

I recently added SLEEP HD from @hd.muscle to my nighttime routine, and my early impression has been very positive.

Deep into contest prep, recovery becomes every bit as important as training and nutrition. Your body is under constant stress—hard training, cardio, caloric restriction, and the mental demands that come with getting stage ready. Sleep is where much of the actual recovery has to happen.

Since incorporating SLEEP HD, I’ve found it helpful in transitioning out of the intensity of the day and into a more relaxed state before bed, supporting deeper, more restorative sleep.

I’m still evaluating it as I continue using it, because I believe supplements should earn their place in a routine through actual results—not marketing.

And no supplement replaces the fundamentals: proper sleep hygiene, nutrition, intelligent training, and recovery management all come first.

What I appreciate about HD Muscle is their focus on bodybuilding, performance, recovery, and overall athlete wellness. SLEEP HD fits naturally into that philosophy.

SLEEP HD isn’t replacing the work—it’s being used to support my recovery from the work.
